We would like to inform you that the progress of the third My Child illustration book, which our shop is currently working on, has been affected due to a delay in delivery by some of our staff members.
Regarding progress delays
This illustrated book is over 140 pages long and has been developed with the cooperation of many creators. However, it has come to light that illustrator Okojo will not be able to submit all of the pages in time.
During the production period, the manager repeatedly checked the progress and urged the project, but each time the manager responded that it would be completed. However, as the deadline approached, the manager repeatedly requested extensions, and the manuscript was never submitted.
Even by the final deadline, not a single piece had been submitted, and although we waited until the very last minute, we were unable to meet the deadline. Since the submission would not be completed in time if things continued as they were, the management prioritized the deadline and asked the following substitute illustrator to help out.

Future Actions
We take this matter very seriously and have decided to take the following measures:
Illustrator Okojo will be prohibited from accepting SHOP requests or participating in projects for six months.
Additionally, the illustrator in question is not currently working on any other projects, and we are currently investigating the specific causes of the delivery delay. Our manager will continue to investigate this matter and take measures to prevent it from happening again.
