As Live2D models and IRIAM character models are digital data, returns and cancellations are not accepted as a general rule.

Can minors purchase it?

When purchasing products, minors must obtain the consent of their legal guardian (legal representative) (Article 5 of the Civil Code). Can I use PayPay?

Is it really impossible to pay later?

About production using custom-made or planning packages

Can I request a custom-made item?

How does the production process work?

The production process will be carried out through a Discord server designated by our shop. All communication, including progress updates and meetings, will be conducted within Discord.

After payment is complete, the Discord server participation URL will be sent to your registered email address, so please check the details before joining.

After you have completed your participation, the creator in charge will contact you, so please continue with the production.

Do I need to provide reference images or descriptions with my request?

Yes, we can provide reference images, text explanations, or discuss over the phone . The more specific your request, the smoother the production will proceed, so please provide the details in the way you prefer.

Basically, you can choose between chat and phone calls, so even those who are not comfortable making phone calls can feel at ease when requesting our services.

Can I change the person in charge mid-way?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the person in charge . Once assigned, the person in charge will be responsible for handling the matter until the end.

As a general rule, we will not change the person in charge, except in unavoidable circumstances such as sudden illness of the person in charge.

If there are any changes, the administrator will contact you.

Can I place additional orders while requesting a planning package?

Yes, you can add more content to an ongoing package if necessary, but this will incur additional charges.

Is it possible to request derivative works?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept requests for derivative works . We only handle original works, so please refrain from requesting derivative works.

Is it okay to order just an illustration?

When will the results be published?

The timing of publishing the results will vary depending on the creator. This depends on the creator's rights to publication and display name, so we cannot give a general answer as to when the results will be published. However, if they are published, they will be published when the purchaser posts them on social media, etc., or 60 days after delivery, whichever comes first.

What if I don't want my work to be published as my achievements?

If you do not wish to have your track record made public, please let us know when requesting a quote. If you let us know in advance, we will coordinate with the creator and make sure that your track record is not made public. Can I only choose one person to be in charge?

No. It is possible to nominate multiple people. Character designs are easily shared within the shop, so customers can feel safe making requests to multiple people.

Can I request a name logo?

I want to create a Live2D model, but I don't have much of a budget.

If I have difficulty installing a Live2D model, can I get support?

Can you help me with how to install it on OBS?

We do not provide dedicated support for how to set up OBS, but if you have time left over when using an installation assistance ticket, we can provide a brief explanation. However, since we do not provide support primarily focused on setting up OBS , please refrain from purchasing a ticket for the purpose of setting up OBS.

Is deployment to IRIAM supported?

We do not provide support for installing IRIAM . Please follow the instructions in the app to load and use the illustrations you have purchased. Please note that the character images you have purchased are provided in the version most suitable for use with IRIAM, so you can expect them to run smoothly.

How can I get support if I encounter problems using a Live2D model?

For basic troubleshooting, please refer to the official Live2D help page or community. If you are unable to resolve the issue with the model after referring to these, please contact us through our shop's [Inquiry Form] and we will provide support to the extent possible.

Can I request updates or corrections to a Live2D model?

Do I need to register as a member?

Can I use the IRIAM character portrait on other platforms or apps?

I belong to the IRIAM agency. Can I purchase a portrait?

Yes, there is no problem with purchasing. However, since the terms and conditions differ depending on the IRIAM agency you are affiliated with, you can avoid any problems later by checking in advance how you will be handled when using the service after purchase.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide contact information for creators. Please understand that we cannot provide contact information other than that which has been made public.

I contacted the creator directly on social media but haven't received a reply. What should I do?

Some of our partner creators do not accept contact via social media or direct contact. For quotes or requests, please feel free to use our [Inquiry Form] .

My contact person won't follow me back on social media. Does that mean they don't like me?

That information alone cannot determine whether the creator dislikes you. Our shop neither affirms nor denies the so-called Vtuber mom and dad culture. Social media management and following are entirely up to the creator's discretion. What's important is that the creator in charge is serious about creating your work, and that you are enjoying using their creations. Enjoy the creator's work!

Will the product be restocked?

Most of the items in our shop are one-of-a-kind, so we generally do not restock items that have sold out.
However, for special products and other items that are scheduled to be restocked, you can use the "Restock Notification Button" displayed on the product page.
