1. Please check before using the model
・Model copyrights and usage conditions are managed based on the contract with the creator, so copyright handling and scope of use may change upon contract termination.
・If you are considering secondary use, commercial use, or requesting an update, please be sure to contact our shop and check the latest licensed scope. Using without confirmation may lead to problems.
2. Past trouble cases
・In the past, there have been cases where a creator who had previously been terminated from their contract individually requested updates for Live2D models that had been created during their affiliation, which resulted in a problem with the rights and caused problems for purchasers. In that case, we were forced to suspend the use of all models.
・In many cases, creators do not understand the cause of the problems described above, and it is the client who suffers. To prevent such incidents from happening again, please be sure to check the latest contract terms and license agreements and follow the appropriate procedures when making a request.
3. Unchanging support even after the change
Even though our team structure has changed, we will continue to strive for quality and support. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
・In most cases, the SHOP can update the model and accept requests for related work. However, there may be some cases where the SHOP does not hold the rights to the model, and you will be asked to contact the creator directly.
4. Beware of outdated information
・The current contract contents may differ from the terms of use and procedures previously provided. Please check the latest information.
・Copyrights are handled differently depending on the creator. If you have any concerns about copyrighted material that you have not purchased yourself, please feel free to contact us.
