-About naming-
You can name the sales model freely.
Please act under any name you like.

-About FA and derivative works-
We allow the creation of FA (fan art) while using the model and the creation of illustrations based on the model.

When making a request to a third party, please inform them that the model is one for which you have the right to use, and this will prevent any trouble.

-Prohibited matter-
・Secondary distribution/sales
・Self-made remarks
・Politics/religion/crime/acts that violate public order and morals
・Product sales use/goods production (including printed materials)
- Modification of the model sold by us
・Acts that are recognized by the artist in charge as significantly degrading the character.

*Please contact us if you would like to use it for printed matter or goods. A separate contract fee will be charged. (The amount varies depending on the artist.)

-Regarding commercial distribution use-
Any income earned through commercial distribution use belongs to the user and we have no involvement in it. If we determine that you are violating the prohibitions, we will take appropriate action.

-Violation measures-
If we confirm that there is a clear violation, we will immediately suspend all use of products purchased from our shop.
The purchaser does not object to this and cannot use the purchased product from the time of notification.
If the artist recognizes that the violation was too severe, he or she may claim damages of 50,000 yen (tax included) for each purchase.

After completing payment, the purchaser will be deemed to have consented to the above-mentioned violation measures.

-Other/If you have any questions-
We are not responsible for any troubles you may have while using the model.
