【Description of item】
This is a general-purpose Live2D model compatible with FaceRig/Animaze that can be customized with custom colors.
This product is a universal model, so there are no purchase restrictions.
You may use it freely for normal distribution, commercial distribution, etc. within the scope of the terms of use.
If you would like to change the color after purchase, please contact us via DM.
Colour changes are also possible with an additional charge.
The displayed price is per unit.
You can simply unzip the .zip file and install it, so you can debut as a Vtuber right away.

Displaying it as a sub-model makes it even cuter.

-Prohibited matter-
・Secondary distribution/sale ・Statement of your own work ・Actions that violate politics/religion/crime/public order and morals ・Merchandise use/production of goods (including printed materials)
- Altering a model sold by us - Actions that the artist in charge recognizes as significantly degrading the character

*Please contact us if you would like to use the image in printed materials, merchandise, etc. A separate contract fee will be charged. (The amount varies depending on the artist.)

- Regarding commercial distribution -
Any profits earned through commercial distribution belong to the user and we have no involvement with them. If we determine that a prohibited activity has been violated, we will take appropriate action.

- Violation Actions -
If we find any clear violations, you will be asked to immediately suspend all use of products purchased from our shop.
The purchaser will not raise any objections to this and will be unable to use the purchased goods from the time of notification.
If the artist determines that the violation was extremely serious, he/she may claim damages of 50,000 yen (tax included) per purchase.

Once payment is completed, the purchaser is deemed to have agreed to the above violation measures.
