When requesting a third party, be sure to inform them that you have the rights to use the model, which will help prevent any problems.

-Prohibitions-
・Secondary distribution/sale ・Ownership ・Politics/religion/crime/actions that violate public order and morals ・Merchandise use/production of goods (including printed materials)
・Any alteration of the models we sell ・Any action that the artist in charge acknowledges as significantly degrading the character

*Please contact us if you would like to use the image in printed materials or merchandise. A separate contract fee will be charged. (The amount varies depending on the artist.)

- Regarding commercial distribution -
Any profits earned through commercial distribution belong to the user and we are not involved. If we determine that a prohibited activity has been violated, we will take appropriate action.

-Violation measures-
If we find any clear violations, you will be asked to immediately suspend all use of products purchased from our shop.
The purchaser will not raise any objections to this and will be unable to use the purchased product from the time of notification.
If the artist determines that the violation was egregious, they may claim damages of 50,000 yen (tax included) per purchase.

Once payment is completed, the purchaser will be deemed to have agreed to the above violation measures.
