Regarding naming, you are free to name the sales models.
Please use any name you like.

Regarding FA and derivative works, it is permitted to create FA (fan art) using the model and to create illustrations based on the model.

When requesting a third party, be sure to inform them that you have the rights to use the model in order to prevent any problems.

Prohibited items: Secondary distribution/sale, unauthorized remarks, acts violating politics/religion/crime/public order and morals, merchandise use/production, modification of models sold by us

Regarding commercial use: Secondary distribution/sale, claiming to be the work of another person, any actions that violate politics/religion/crime/public order and morals, using product images or screenshots for merchandise/production, selling product images or screenshots such as LINE stamps, using on IRIAM, etc. without the permission of the person in charge, using as IRIAM return gifts (please contact us separately if you wish to do so)
・Other commercial uses

*Please contact us if you would like to use the image in printed materials or merchandise. A separate contract fee will be charged. (The amount varies depending on the artist.)

Regarding live streaming on monetized channels: Any profits earned from live streaming on monetized channels belong to the user and we have no involvement in them.
If we determine that you have violated any of the prohibited items, we will take appropriate action.

Violation Procedures If we find any clear violations, you will be asked to immediately suspend all use of products purchased from our shop.
The purchaser will not raise any objections to this and will be unable to use the purchased goods from the time of notification.
If the artist determines that the violation was extremely serious, he/she may claim damages of 50,000 yen (tax included) per purchase.

Once payment is completed, the purchaser is deemed to have agreed to the above violation measures.
