About naming
The sales model can be named freely.
Please use any name you like.

Regarding FA and derivative works
Creation of fan art using the model and illustrations based on the model is permitted.

When requesting a third party, be sure to inform them that you have the rights to use the model in order to prevent any problems.

-Prohibited matter-
・Secondary distribution/sale
・Self-made statements
・Actions that violate politics, religion, crime, or public order and morals
・Production of merchandise/goods (including printed materials)
・Modification of the model we sell
・An act that the artist in charge recognizes as significantly degrading the character's character

*Please contact us if you would like to use the image in printed materials, merchandise, etc. A separate contract fee will be charged. (The amount varies depending on the artist.)

- Regarding commercial distribution -
Any profits earned through commercial distribution belong to the user and we have no involvement with them. If we determine that a prohibited activity has been violated, we will take appropriate action.

- Violation Actions -
If we find any clear violations, you will be asked to immediately suspend all use of products purchased from our shop.
The purchaser will not raise any objections to this and will be unable to use the purchased goods from the time of notification.
If the artist determines that the violation was egregious, he/she may claim damages of 50,000 yen (tax included) per purchase.

Once payment is completed, the purchaser is deemed to have agreed to the above violation measures.
