At the time you bring in the illustration design, the creator in charge will accept the order assuming that you have agreed not to exercise moral rights or have obtained permission to make any changes. 9*If you need to add hand-held items, please consult with the person in charge and confirm a separate quote. Excessive decorations attached to the head are all charged separately. (Non-human/animal ears/hats/ribbons and other large decorations/glasses/headphones, etc.) If you would like to add any of these, please contact the illustrator directly. 10*These illustrations cannot be used for gifts or printed materials such as IRIAM. Also, loading them into IRIAM is prohibited. If you wish to use them for these purposes, please contact the person in charge. 11.
