Production is limited to production that conforms to the product specifications. For costume change products, costume changes from the neck down are possible. Please note that additional fees will be incurred if you change the hairstyle or create head accessories. 3*If you wish to have production outside of the planned scope, an additional fee will be charged, so please check with the person in charge. If you change the production size while using the subscription (e.g., from waist-up to full body), the subscription package from the next month onwards will be changed to a package that corresponds to the size and included contents. Thank you for your understanding. 4. The texture and finish of the illustrations will vary depending on the artist. Please be sure to check the taste before purchasing. We cannot accept changes to the artist once work has begun. We also cannot accept changes to the artist during the subscription period. 5*We can also accept additional orders in addition to the modeling listed above. If there is a movement you would like to add, please contact our staff. Check the quote and if you would like to add additional models, please follow the procedure and make payment. Even if you are currently using a subscription, additional modeling will only begin after payment. 6. Modeling will be handled by Sakuragi Momo or Kotori Negi. With this package plan, you cannot choose the modeler, whether it is a one-time purchase or subscription. If you would like to specify a modeler, please contact our shop and request a quote instead of purchasing a package. 7. The schedule will be determined by the person in charge. If you are concerned about the schedule, please check with the illustrator in charge. If you are in a hurry, we can create a separate quote. 8. If you are bringing in an illustration or character design created by another creator, please be sure to obtain all necessary permission to create the contents of this package before purchasing. At the time you bring in the illustration design, the creator in charge will accept the order assuming that you have agreed not to exercise moral rights or have obtained permission to make any changes. 9*If you need to add hand-held items, please consult with the person in charge and confirm a separate quote. Excessive decorations attached to the head are all charged separately. (Non-human/animal ears/hats/ribbons and other large decorations/glasses/headphones, etc.) If you would like to add any of these, please contact the illustrator directly. 10*These illustrations cannot be used for gifts or printed materials such as IRIAM. Also, loading them into IRIAM is prohibited. If you wish to use them for these purposes, please contact the person in charge. 11. Due to the nature of the product, returns and refunds are not accepted after purchase. Thank you for your understanding. 12 *This product will begin processing within 5 business days of purchase. If there is a high volume of orders, the start date may be delayed by a few days, so please purchase with ample time. If you use a subscription, the next start date will be 90 days after your first purchase. This package includes the [New Waist-High Model] + 3 sets of clothes as a one-time purchase, while the other items can be purchased as a subscription. 15*Commercial distribution use only applies when distributing using various platforms. Please note that selling videos or situations where listeners cannot watch without paying (such as pixiv fanbox) are not permitted. Also, it cannot be used for virtual work-related jobs or related services (such as virtual izakayas). 16* All products in this package are not permitted for use in printed materials. If you wish to use them, please contact the person in charge separately. 17* The minimum number of renewals for the [Clothing Only] plan of the subscription (regular purchase) package is two (including the first purchase). If you purchase the [New Above-Waist Model] + one change of clothes, the minimum number of renewals is three (three in total): one initial purchase of the [New Above-Waist Model] + one change of clothes, and two purchases of the [Clothing Only] Body Z-Axis Only (above-waist or bust-up). 18* Payments are normally made automatically once every 90 days on the same day (same day as the first payment). For the 5% discount full-change version, payments are made automatically once every 45 days on the same day (same day as the first payment). Payment methods compatible with SHOP are available. The [New Waist-High Model for Debuts] + 3 sets of clothes are a one-time purchase package, so regular payments are not made. 19*If payment is delayed, work may be delayed. 20*If payment fails due to the expiration of payment information, credit denial, or reaching of the limit, the start of production for that month may be put on hold or canceled. 21*You can skip/pause/cancel from your My Page up until 25 days before your next order date. 22*Please be sure to set up skip, pause, or cancel by yourself. Requests via DM, email, or Discord will not be considered as completed procedures. 23*If the due date (25 days before the next order date) has passed, the payment for that month will be reserved. 24. Cancellations and refunds are not possible after payment. (Refund guarantee applies only under the conditions specified in the terms and conditions.) 25* After payment is complete, you will be invited to a dedicated Discord channel where you will be able to communicate directly with the creator. Please make sure to have a Discord account. 26 *Same-day service and unlimited revisions are not available. Additional services outside the specified scope will require a separate quote. After 90 days, it will continue as a Change of Clothes package. 31*This product is available for a limited time, but can be paid for as a subscription. Please note that you cannot resume the contract after canceling this product.
